Passionate about inspiring and teaching others, Dr. Dan Young discovered his calling in education early on. With a diverse career spanning roles such as Certified Financial Planning Professional, nonprofit CEO, professor, higher education administrator, and entrepreneur, Dr. Young has always centered his work around the pivotal interaction between teacher and student. He is the co-founder of the Leadership Excellence Academy for Nonprofits (LEAN) and serves as the President of Maverick Class LLC. His journey has been marked by numerous accomplishments, including pioneering initiatives such as the first study abroad program for the Horn Program of Entrepreneurship at the University of Delaware and the establishment of the Wharton-AltFinance Institute at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
