After decades of sales experience, Wes began to recognize his true calling as a coach, leveraging his deep interest in helping others grow. He earned his professional coaching certification from Northwestern University, where he honed his skills in organizational and leadership coaching. Wes now uses his expertise to help individuals break free from limiting beliefs and self-imposed barriers, fostering psychological safety and trust to allow for deep self-exploration.

However, Wes’s journey didn’t stop there. After facing multiple layoffs due to reductions in force, he decided to take a courageous leap into coaching full time. He also entered the entertainment world by changing his name to Wes Carfi, he jumped into stand-up comedy and music, pursuing his passions with authenticity and purpose.
