Vanessa Karel, is a second-time Founder, Serial Entrepreneur, Storyteller, and Creative Producer. She was named as one of the 100 rising Latinx Startup founders to watch by Inicio Ventures and a Latinx to watch by Hispanic Executive through her work founding Greether; a travel startup that helps women travel safer.

Most recently she was the most voted entrepreneur creating impact in Mexico by ASEM. Vanessa is also currently leading Girls in Tech, San Francisco as their Volunteer Manager Director.

Vanessa’s goal is to empower women to help each other while discovering the world. She is constantly advocating and finding ways to bring up issues that need to be addressed immediately, such as pay gaps, insecurity, and how to build sustainable tourism.
