After building the operations at TikTok Africa for the past two years, Bianca identified significant gaps in how brands, employees, and creative agency partners can upskill, optimize, and leverage digital platforms, content tools, and the creator economy through culture-driven social selling. This led her to establish The Fixer Coalition, a consultancy focused on platform, content, and creator consulting for brand teams and agency partners.
